When trying to do a test print from the printer's preferences window in Control panel, the panel would just vanish. Control Panel showed the printer online, the user can PING and access the printer's web interface. There were some oddities when trying to print to this printer. The user is running Windows 10 Pro Build 17763. They've been able to use this printer without fail for years now. A user was trying to print to a network connect HP LaserJet 2035n but could not.
